About Us

Kingston Youth Lacrosse is dedicated to enriching the lives of boys and girls in the Silver Lake Regional School District through the game of Lacrosse. Our mission is to teach the game of lacrosse to all age groups from Kindergarten through 8th grade to prepare them for playing at the high school level and beyond! In keeping with native traditions of the sport we strive to encourage teamwork, perseverance, physical fitness, personal integrity and accountability on and off the field of play.
